With Family filter ON, Google Image search displays adult image and that too for such a big event keyphrase "Happy Labor Day". As the event is very near, and more and more people are actually getting into the weekend mood, getting such an image with safesearch ON is really disturbing.

With Family filter ON, Google Image search displays adult image and that too for such a big event keyphrase "Happy Labor Day".
